Came in Perugia to relax and have fun, this good basic hotel was characterful base for doing it. The staff was really courteous at all times. I enjoyed cereal, pastries, and yoghourt served for breakfast. Its location was central, next to Corso Vannucci...

The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and its vibrant nightlife. The proximity to the communal escalator route ensures a peaceful stay without any noise or discomfort. The bright and clean rooms, along with the helpful and friendly staff, make for a pleasant experience. The location at the foot of the old city is ideal, and there is even a small local market right outside the hotel. Additionally, parking spaces are conveniently available near the hotel.
We felt completely happy with our stay and have no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rosalba for a few nights while visiting Perugia. The staff were exceptional and the room was quiet, comfortable, and had great AC and WiFi. The location was superb, with the hotel being just a short walk from the historic part of town. One of the highlights was the escalators that took you straight up to the top area of the old city. The hotel also offered free parking nearby, which was convenient. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Rosalba to others.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near the base of the wall, making it easy to access the main street of the town. the hotel was just a few meters away from an escalator that leads to the old town, making exploring the area a breeze. Another advantage was the presence of fresh fruit and veg stalls and a butcher nearby, perfect if you wanted to cook something at "home".
One thing that could be improved is the lack of dining facilities in the hotel. If you book breakfast, you have to go down the hill to a small cafe, which was just okay.
